A home inspection provides an objective, independent visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house. This includes the foundation to the roof.

The Home Inspector's job is to provide insight and education to potential buyers on the conditions of all major systems and components of a house, as well as any health or safety concerns.

All information obtained in a home inspection is then provided in a comprehensive inspection report that is sent via email to clients. Hard copies are available upon request at no additional charge.

Bayside Home Inspections, LLC follows the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics when performing home inspections.
